What payment methods do you accept?

Our cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. We bake in a kitchen that contains soy and nuts.




Where and when do you deliver?


We currently deliver in the Santa Cruz area on Fridays. Other days may be available by request. Please email grace@bigbitebakeshop.com for more information.




Do you do custom orders?


We can customize packaging for special events, weddings, baby showers, and birthdays. Please email grace@bigbitebakeshop.com for more information.




Do you ship cookies?


Currently our cookies are exclusively available for delivery in Santa Cruz, CA. As the business grows, we hope to include the option to ship nationwide.




Where are your cookies made?


Our cookies are proudly made in a home kitchen in Santa Cruz, CA. Big Bite Bakeshop is a Santa Cruz County "Class B" Cottage Food Operation, Permit #16646.




Are your ingredients organic?


We use only the highest quality ingredients, including organic eggs, butter, sugar, and strawberry jam.




How far in advance do I need to order?


We are a small operation with limited capacity, so we appreciate advance orders. Please order by 5pm on Wednesday for a Friday order. We also understand that sometimes you need cookies ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate you.




What is the shelf life of the cookies?


Our cookies are baked to order, so they are tastiest eaten the day you receive them (we find they are usually gobbled up as soon as we open up the bag!). If you want to enjoy them at a later date, store in an air-tight container for up to a week or freeze.
